The team took care of my transport needs! The front desk staff was both cordial and efficient. Servers were accommodating. The location allows easy access to many eating and shopping options.
The hotel doesn't provide complimentary water bottles unless you're an elite Hyatt member. I thought this was a little odd.

poor lightingroof condition
The room lighting proved inadequate. It was quite hard to apply makeup or even see well in the closet. My husband found it difficult to shave because of the poor lighting. This was such a nice hotel, but the lighting was a huge disappointment. i was not so happy when the roof was in poor condition it needed repainting.
